StahlDat SX is the only authorized online publication of the European Steel Register (Stahl-Eisen-Liste) and a steadily growing knowledge base for steel.
StahlDat SX contains the complete Register of European Steels (the “Stahl-Eisen-Liste”), including specification data and temperature-dependent properties.
The Register of European Steels is the official, up-to-date compilation of all registered steel grades and all grades contained in European standards, with their material numbers (EN 10027-2). It also covers the trade names of European producers that have been reported to the European Steel Registration Office.
The data is licensed from the Stahlinstitut VDEh in Düsseldorf, Germany. The institute includes the European Steel Registration Office and publishes SEW 310 (Stahl-Eisen-Werkstoffblatt).
The Stahl-Eisen-Liste is actively maintained, so the number of grades can both increase and decrease.
